- Development of governance policies and structure charity, for Healing Through Arts and Action Trust – setting up policies and procedures including conflict of interest, health and safety, vulnerable children’s, etc, protocols and SOPs (2017)
- Needs assessment and reporting ‘Work ability assessment’ project, MSD contract. Delivering above service (2015 – ongoing).
- Needs assessment and reporting ‘Work ability assessment’ project, MSD contract. Creating assessment tools and report templates for interviewing beneficiaries, providing Work and Income Case Managers with stepped recommendations and social supports for clients (2015).
- Needs assessment and reporting ‘Preparing for work’ project, MSD contract. Delivering above service (2006 – 2007).
- Needs assessment and reporting ‘Preparing for work’ project, MSD contract. Creating assessment tools and report templates for interviewing sickness and invalid beneficiaries, providing Work and Income Case Managers with stepped recommendations and social supports for clients (2005).
- Fertility: coordinating a donor egg & surrogacy programme across three clinics based at an Auckland Fertility Unit (1999 – 2003).
- Research, project management and report writing as part of the upgrade of the diabetes service at Middlemore, a South Auckland Hospital, developing clinical pathways and policy for implementation (2001).
- Fertility: project-managing a central London clinic’s (Assisted Conception Unit) oocyte donation programme (1996 – 1999).
