“It really was great. Culturally sensitive and inclusive. Very insightful. Breaking down the information to be easily understood, on a topic not typically spoken about; I thought it was at just the right level – also appropriate for males without anyone needing to feel uncomfortable. Also very carefully and thoughtfully managed, recording the session, but taking Q&A after recording stopped with Lisa/Robyn curating the questions from the chat – nicely done. I think this approach was a very comfortable one. A really important session with an engaging presenter, thank you. Highly recommended” – Sanitarium Health Food Company Australasia (Better U programme)
