Claire is well known for her work within Diversity Works New Zealand, supporting organisations throughout the motu to progress in all areas of DEl, and more recently for her mahi at Gender at Work – with a specific lens on progressing gender equality in the workplace.
This work has provided Claire with a sound understanding of the systemic and intergenerational barriers facing many diverse groups in Aotearoa. Claire is passionate about ensuring that all people are provided with the right support that will enable them to thrive at work.
