Costs, Terms & Conditions

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Upon acceptance of any booking you agree to our Terms and Conditions.
Nest reserve the right to invoice in advance, either upon booking or any time prior to the event, particularly if there is a travel/accommodation expense component.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 
All travel/out of zone components (pre-booked accommodation & flights/car hire etc) are chargeable as per email agreement requiring payment in advance. If the booking is changed or cancelled, by you, any items which Nest is unable to recoup are non-refundable. In the case of re-scheduling, you are liable for all travel components Nest is unable to change and any new fees resulting.

If the event is cancelled between booking and: 
12 weeks prior: Nest charge 10% or, if paid, refund: 90%,
8 weeks prior: Nest charge 50% or, if paid, refund: 50%,
4 weeks prior: Nest charge 75% or, if paid, refund: 25% &
within 4 weeks: charge in full or, if paid, supply no refund

In the event you require a change to pre-agreed dates Nest is happy to re-schedule. If within 1 month of the booking this may attract a fee (see note above re. travel/accommodation if applicable).

Payment is by internet banking or PayPal.
Please note that packages are quoted exclusive of GST

Corporate / Workplace Workshops & Presentations

PRESENTATIONS (60 mins – in person or via Zoom)
Cost guidelines – we are a social enterprise with an emphasis of sharing information equitably – please enquire if outside your budget:
$2,000 for corporate organisations + as quoted ‘zone’ travel/accommodation allowances.
$1,200 for not-for-profit / smaller organisations + as quoted ‘zone’ travel/accommodation allowances.
...In regard to the recording of the presentation – any recording must be accessed from your workplace as an ‘in-house’ resource & should not be downloadable/transferable. Due to on-going research and developments in the area of health topics, policies and treatment we ask you to delete your recording after 6 months. With respect to privacy we ask you stop the recording prior to any Q&A session unless the chat box is utilised anonymously…

WORKSHOPS (2.5 hrs – in person only)
Cost guidelines – we are a social enterprise with an emphasis of sharing information equitably – please enquire if outside your budget:
$3,500 for corporate organisations + as quoted ‘zone’ travel/accommodation allowances.
$2,000 for not-for-profit / smaller organisations + as quoted ‘zone’ travel/accommodation allowances.

Community/Whanau/Parents/Teachers Information Sessions:

$550 – $1500 for Auckland based* dependent on length – please enquire
$750 – $1750 for groups based outside of Auckland dependent on length – please enquire
+ as quoted ‘zone’ travel/accommodation allowances*.

2024 School Programme Fees

Fees may vary depending on your requirements. We charge per group not per head.
We suggest a maximum of 50 students per group with an absolute maximum of 60**.

Initial Whanau/Parents Information Evening (introducing a programme)
$275 for Auckland based* schools/groups
$295 for schools/groups based further from Auckland

Full Day Student Programme (i.e. Positive Puberty Plus©)
$550 per group for Auckland based* schools/groups
$695 per group for schools/groups based* further from Auckland
+ as quoted ‘zone’ travel/accommodation allowances*.

2/3 Day Student Programme (i.e. Body Talk© / Cycle Smarter©)
$495 per group for Auckland based* schools/groups
$620 per group for schools/groups based* further from Auckland
+ as quoted ‘zone’ travel/accommodation allowances*.

1/3 Day Student Programme (i.e. 90 mins Cycle Smarter©)
$350 per group for Auckland based* schools/groups
$450 per group for schools/groups based* further from Auckland
+ as quoted ‘zone’ travel/accommodation allowances*.

Per Lesson as part of course ~60 mins (i.e. Healthy Relationships course)
$260 per group for Auckland based* schools/groups
$300 per group for schools/groups based* further from Auckland
+ as quoted ‘zone’ travel/accommodation allowances*.

Per ‘one off’ Presentation (~60 – 75 mins) 
$550 per group for Auckland based* schools/groups
$700 per group for schools/groups based* further from Auckland
+ as quoted ‘zone’ travel/accommodation allowances*.

*If the venue is outside of/ further from Auckland &/or a city centre by more than 25 km there will be associated ‘zone fees’ and there may be specific booking Terms / Weeks and/or cost neg. due to travel/accommodation & insurance allowance: please contact us for a quote.

**For schools: Nest’s programmes suit a maximum of 50 students per class. We have an absolute cut off at 60 students per class. Nest will remind you prior to the programme of this requirement. If, on the day, there are more than 60 students the educator/facilitator will alert the Nest office. If the class is deemed too large to manage the facilitator/educator will ask you to divide the class and Nest will book an additional session for the remaining students. If the class runs there will be an additional fee of $200 applied**
